1943 - 1946 Elected as Anguilla’s representative.
1967 Member of the Island Council Member. Appointed as a member of the Board of Land and House Taxes Commission. Mr Hodge was the youngest elected parliamentarian at age 22 during his time. In 1972, Mr Hodge was appointed as comptroller of Customs.

Awarded Badge of Honour and The Queen’s Certificate in 2003 (posthumously).
