Biography

1968 – 1972 A member of the Island Council.

1977 – 1980 Nominated Member of the House of Assembly

1985 – 1994 Speaker of the House of Assembly. Co-Leader of the Revolution and publisher of the Anguilla Beacon during that time. In 1992 he was awarded as an Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE). Awarded Badge of Honour and The Queen’s Certificate in 1994.
