2015 – 2020 Elected Member of the Anguilla United Front Party and Member for Sandy Hill. Appointed as  Minister of Home Affairs Immigration, Labour, Human Rights, Gender Affairs, Constitutional Affairs, Information and Broadcasting. In March of 2017 the department of Education and Library Services were added to her portfolio.

2020 – Present Honourable Leader of Opposition.
