1969 Senior District Representative for the Republic of Anguilla.
1969 – 1972 Nominated Member of the Island Council Senior District Representative in the Anguilla Legislature under the Republic of Anguilla. He was also awarded Badge of Honour and The Queen’s Certificate in 1995.
